Yes. You can cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Posts already published to LinkedIn stay on LinkedIn. Your plan's billing period and what happens at cancellation are set out in the Terms of Service.

Yes, anytime. Switching takes effect at your next billing cycle. If you switch from monthly to annual, the change applies when your current month ends.
